Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing or using the 1050 platform via https://1050.ws or any associated mobile application, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
The 1050 platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. Anyone who has not reached this age is strictly prohibited from registering, logging in, or using any part of the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 1050 platform. Management reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1050 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. Users are solely responsible for the validity of the details they submit.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. The 1050 platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their login credentials. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to breach, disrupt, or damage the 1050 platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Spreading false, deceptive, or misleading information in any part of the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
Currency & Deposit Methods
All transactions on the 1050 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users can make deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX (online banking with Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and others), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and manual bank transfer. Available payment methods are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Deposit & Withdrawal Processing
Deposits are typically credited to a user's account within minutes of payment confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method — from a few minutes for e-wallets to one business day for bank transfers. The 1050 platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving any withdrawal, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. The 1050 platform is not liable for delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information, banking issues, or technical disruptions beyond the platform's control. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 1050 platform and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or loss of access. Services are provided on an "as is" basis, and the platform makes no guarantee that services will be continuously available, error-free, or suited to any particular user's needs.
Account Suspension & Closure
1050 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account if:
- The user is found to have violated any condition set out in these terms.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period with no activity.
- The user is unable to verify their identity when required to do so.
When an account is suspended due to a breach of terms, any balance held in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. Management's decision regarding account closure is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1050 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and source code — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without explicit written permission from 1050 management.

Management is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
